Whitman Vikings JV took the lead late and defeated Einstein 13-11 on Friday. The game was tied at eight with Whitman Vikings JV batting in the bottom of the fifth when Helen Catan singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
A five-run lead in the fifth inning was just enough for Whitman Vikings JV to hold off Einstein for the victory. Einstein scored three runs in the failed comeback on a stolen base by undefined and a groundout by PlayerH.
